We are seeking a skilled Team Leader and General Hand to join our Gold Coast Facility Services team; a business of Aruma. These roles will support the team to deliver high standard of quality in grounds maintenance and cleaning to our customers whom are located around the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.
Full training will be provided to applicants who can demonstrate their ability to work as part of a cohesive and supportive team, and have a true desire to transition to this type of work.

- Previous experience within a landscape maintenance or horticulture industry and/or hold a relevant qualification in this field
- Willingness to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to lead a small team
- Able to follow instructions
- Commitment to work within and demonstrate Aruma values
- Current Drivers Licence
- Clear police record check
