With no two days the same, this role is varied, hands on, and will allow you to build relationships with customers and large retail chains. We are after an excellent customer service professional who is an all rounder and will contribute to a fantastic team culture!

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader/Manager, your duties will include:

  • Taking inbound enquiries and discussing technical information, product availability and pricing
  • Processing orders and perform customer verifications as required
  • Ensuring system is updated correctly and consistently
  • Handling complaints and providing solutions
  • Regular following up with candidates
  • Ensuring delivery times are being met as promised

Our ideal candidate:

  • Proactive and not reactive
  • Can adapt to a changing environment
  • Experience in working with Product rather than service
  • Exposure to a similar customer service role - minimum 2 years
  • Use of SAP is preferable but not essential
  • Team player
